2. Refunds for Prepaid Services (Before Work Begins)

A full refund may be issued only if no work has been started and no resources have been allocated to your project.

3. Project Deposits

Deposits paid for consulting, marketing, IT, or accounting services are non-refundable, except in rare situations where IZZI VENTURES BY AUTO SET LLC is unable to initiate the project.

4. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with a service, we encourage you to contact us so we can correct the issue or provide additional adjustments. This does not guarantee a refund.

5. Digital Deliverables

Digital work such as strategy documents, reports, marketing materials, data files, or analyses cannot be refunded once delivered.

6. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to suspension of services and legal action for breach of contract.
